I wanted to send you this letter because it is very important for me to let you know how extremely happy I am with the
results of my recent breast augmentation. My new breasts are truly a "work of art". They are the exact shape and
size we discussed. The result is better than I ever thought possible. I feel so confident with my new look and I love the
positive feedback I get from family and friends. It's a great feeling when someone says to you that you look so wonderful.
Many people say they look so real and natural. From my first consultation with you, I knew without a doubt that I wanted you
to do this procedure. You were very confident in your approach and I liked that immediately. You listened to my expectations
and explained how we could best achieve the look I desired. You alleviated any of my concerns and I immediately felt comfortable
about my decision to have this surgery as I was in good hands. I always felt you treated me like a "special person",
who was different from your last patient and this made me feel so comfortable. In the end, together with your skill, intelligence
and experience you were able to give me the most outstanding result! I can't tell you how blessed I feel to have found such
a wonderful plastic surgeon. I would highly recommend you, Dr. McFadden, to anyone considering breast augmentation or any
form of plastic surgery. I want you to know if you ever need me as a reference, I will be happy to share my experience with

Dear Dr. McFadden and staff,
I just wanted to write a letter to say "Thank you" to you and your staff for the wonderful way you all took care
of us and our one year old son, C. C had a birth mark right by his eye that kept bleeding so it needed to come off.
We couldn't decide when or how but all of you were very patient with us until we made the decision to have it done.
The surgery went awesome and Dr. McFadden did a great job. You can barely see a scar. Thank you!

I believe you have hit upon the perfect spots for the Botox (at least in my case). This is the BEST result BY FAR!!!!!!
Huge difference this a.m. Even my mom commented how much smoother it looked. So, four months from now....remember those

Speaking of Easter treats...I cannot get OVER the difference in my skin
after the second (microlaser) treatment!
Remarkable! Plus, the flaking wasn't as bad
as the first time, which I thought was interesting.
The first time
was improved, but it is the overall texture and
appearance that is so noticeable this time around!(I can only imagine
what the
third time would do). A little face powder and I am good to go; no
foundation necessary. woo hoo!!!
Just
thought you'd want to know how your other piece of wizardry turned
out. Tom, have a wonderful Easter with

Dear Dr. McFadden:
I have to tell you how pleased I am with the results of the Restylane treatment around my mouth. It is me, but
better! Very soft, very natural....not obvious/artificial/frozen at all (which I think is the key to cosmetic procedures!).
I would highly recommend this treatment to any person who wishes to subtly enhance his/her appearance. Definitely
worth it! People will see a difference; they just won't be able to pinpoint what it is. Your expert application did the trick!

I just wanted to thank you for caring for my daughter. I told you a few weeks ago that I thought you were
a miracle worker. Your response was simply, "No, I'm just human." Well, you are human with an incredible talent.
There may have been other doctors who could "stich her up" but you seemed to care for her. Her case seemed personal
to you; that's means more to her Daddy and me than you will ever know. I know that cosmetic elective surgeries are your
bread and butter. I'll probably be on your appointment list one day but I thank God that you were on call that day. You
focused on (my daughter's) recovery. (Our) children are (our) life. They are what keeps us going,
and when they suffer, we suffer. My little girl is happy, healthy and beautiful. A huge amount of credit goes
to you and your staff. Please let your staff know how much we appreciate them. They have been wonderful.
